Embarrassing and TMI but...

I am 7w 5d pregnant. We’ve had 2 miscarriages both before 8 weeks. Last night I orgasmed but with no penetration and now this morning I have very light tan/brown discharge when I wipe but it’s not every time. So needless to say I. Am. Freaking. I’m fearing the worst and it may not have anything to do with it but can an orgasm cause some brownish discharge? I actually have an ultrasound tomorrow but it seems forever away.
