Baby shower venue change..🤦🏻‍♀️

We had over 50 people rsvp so my mother in law has decided it’s best for us to move the location from a friends large house to the fellowship hall and her moms church. This was just decided today and the baby shower is Sunday. Invitations went out 2 weeks ago so we’ve had to try to remember everyone who said they were attending and send messages with the new location. I feel like it’s completely tacky and the entire day is going to be a mess. What if we forgot someone or people choose not to come because we seem disorganized... I’m stressed.
