Ughhhhh so im non-binary right and my birth name is Isabel (usually people call me izzy tho) but I’m starting to seriously think about changing my name.

But! Realistically I’d only be able to do this with me friendos online bc im not out in “The Real World” and even if I were, changing my name wouldn’t make much a difference since I look v fem (ugh) and people would still not take me seriously as non-binary (UGHH).

Two-part question: should I even bother going by a different name? What about pronouns?? Would I just feel worse In The Real World still being called isabel and girl and she and her??

And if I did change my name, to what? I like Izzy as a nickname, but not Isabel, it’s just v fuckin hard to find a good neutral name that can be shortened to Izzy (except idk fuckin Lizard. Can you imagine. Hey what’s up my name is LIZARD. hdndhdhdjgnfghff) I also like the name Sable a lot but. No Izzy from that :/
