You can have sex right up until active labour (after your water has broken) after that you run the risk of infection. But being dilated doesn’t mean you can’t have sex.

My doctor said the same thing as the other commenters. As long as your water hasn't broken you are good to go. Unless your doctor says otherwise for other reasons or complications.
