Scared to go to the doctor...

So I had a miscarriage 6 months ago and a year ago. Both times I started bleeding/spotting at 10ish weeks and they told me the baby stopped growing at 6ish weeks and the heart never started beating. Both times. So not I'm nervous to go again... I'm 5 weeks. I just want an ultrasound to tell me if the baby is viable. The midwives i usually see wont schedule an ultrasound until after you have an intake appointment so by the time that happens, I'll be 10-12 weeks anyway. Any tips around this so i can just get an ultrasound
