TMI need hubby's help

I probably haven't shaved since July.. I can't see over my belly & I really want to be somewhat clean shaven when I go into labor... I'm so afraid of having him shave me! My mom offered but I don't really feel comfortable with her being that up close & personal with my lady bits 🙈 (granted I realize she will be seeing it when my baby comes out but still.) any advice before going through with this?? Lol I definitely will need him to trim first I just know he will be nervous too I don't want to lose any of my precious pearls if you know what I mean lmao I am not doing this for vanity as much as it's just a pain and I've heard the stitches can get caught in the hairs and make it very painful during recovery 😁
