Probably a dumb question

So I'm 8 dpo today and I was took a pregnancy test not expecting anything, just for kicks I guess. This is the first time using the dip tests that comes with opk. For a few seconds it looked dead positive. But then it went away and was just negative. So my question is have any of you guys had that happen and later get a real positive?

I do know that this doesn't mean I'm pregnant, I'm just curious. The only positives I have ever had was digital with my last two pregnancies.
