In the past month I have lost ten pounds trying to go keto. As of the last week my carb intake is less than 26 grams a day. I have achieved ketosis and I feel really good. I can feel my body better, idk how but I can. I can feel my muscles working different. Also I have a juul. Smh I know. I want to quit and I put it up 15 minutes ago and do not want to pick it back up. Does anyone have any stories that can help me and give me some support? Any experience ttc on keto? And what changes have y'all noticed after vaping cessation?
