The boppy newborn  lounger is a must.   Especially  if you go over to friends/family's  houses.   Leaving  them in a car seat isnt safe. So they have a place  to lay down, relax, nap next to you..

Love mine!!! I didn’t see the need when I e bought it cause we also have a bouncer and a swing but I got it cause my BF swore by it for her baby. Thankfully I use all 3 about equally but the lounger is great during the days he’s fussy.
I put it on the couch next to me and lay him in to sleep when I can’t hold him anymore and we just sit together. 
*not looking for judgement and you do what you’re comfortable with. I never leave baby unattended when he’s using it.

My baby loooved his Bobby lounger! Helped with reflux spitup rather than laying him flat after eating. And even though it's not approved for safe sleep, sometimes it was the only place he'd get good rest (monitored , before rolling over of course).

I love my boppy lounger. My son is a preemie though and doesn’t have much neck control so I’m still scared to put him in his swing at 1 month old.

I would say it’s a nice item, but if it weren’t gifted to me I wouldn’t have gone out to buy it.

I use mine a lot but if you're trying to steer away from buying things that you'll only use for a short amount of time then it's not worth it.

I don’t really see any use for them personally. They need lots of floor time and it seems unsafe when they start rolling
