tubes tied ??

I am 23 years old I’m from California and I wanna get my tubes tied as soon as I have my second baby. I heard from so many people say you can’t get them tied unless you’re a curtain age. but I want them tied and I haven’t changed my mind about that I’ve tried birth control (all of them to be exact) and after having my second baby I don’t want birth control all of them make me feel so weird and sometimes sad and cry out the no where, and i DON’T want a third baby. what’s so wrong about getting your tubes tied a a young age especially if you know you don’t want babies, isn’t there a thing now that they can undo that ? I’m just full of questions and I’ve gotten no answers ....

A lot of doctors won’t do it because of your young age, the reason for this is statistically a large amount of people who have the procedure done while young regret it in the future. It’s not easy to have the effects undone, it’s a complicated procedure that carries risks and doesn’t always work. 
You’d have to “shop around” for a doctor who will do it, you’ll probably find one it just might take some time.

Depends on the doctor. Some will look at you like you're an idiot, others will talk but no action, others will try to talk you out of it. And then there's the seemingly one in a million that take you seriously for once. For me it was a bigger problem getting taken seriously because I have no children, in your case doctors may be more willing to consider. 
I'm 25, got tubes (and uterus) removed a few days after my 25th birthday. I had a reason to get them removed finally, found out I had a genetic disorder, but before then I really struggled with this so I thought I'd post.

From Cali also. My sister had to wait until she was 25 to have here tied. She has 3 kids also. But the doctors told her due to her age she had to wait until she was 25, or have our patents approve it. And if she was married her husband had to approve it.

You can get them tied whenever! My doctor offered me that at 22 with my first baby. I’d be careful and get them burned too because my mom got hers tied and got pregnant 3 times and had tubal pregnancies

You can get them tied they can not make you do anything. Just keep in mind insurance doesn’t cover tubal reversals and that’s about a 8k-11k procedure. I got mines tied at 26 but I also had 4kids and my husband had to agree for me to get them done. Now it’s 3years later and we wanted to try for another baby but that whole process is out of pocket. I’ll just say it’s easier to not have them done but if you are sure sure then just do it.
