Is there a problem with my pill?

I’ve been on my pill (rigevedon) for 5 years on and off. I went on it because of period pains and long heavy periods but stayed on it for protection once I started having Sex.

Anyway, these past couple of months I come on randomly and for a while. Even while I’m taking the pill. Does this mean it’s not working anymore?

I recently started keppra (seizure meditation) but was told it doesn’t interfere. However I have been sedated a lot due to seizures can that have an efffect
