Elevated BP...

Hi all, I had a csection at 39w2d last Wednesday. I checked out fine and was discharged Saturday, everything seemed okay. A few hours ago I felt a little headache so I took my BP and it’s hovering around 130/85... I laid down for a bit and relaxed and it went back down to 120’s/80’s. I’m heading to the hospital in about 2 hours when my babysitter arrives , I have no other symptoms. Anyone else experience this after baby has been born? TIA
