Was I ever pregnant?!?!

So I'm usually NEVER late and was a week late this week .I was having every pregnancy symptom in the book and got a vvvvvfp I even started on my pregnancy app and well I just got my period and I'm devistated...I would have been 5 weeks today.Did I miscarry? How would I tell?
