Vitex chasteberry tablets
I've ordered some Vitex chasteberry tablets, to regulate my cycles and help with infertility but I'm not sure when to start taking them? Has anybody used them before? Do you take them on the first day of your period? Or doesn't it matter what day of your cycle your on?
