Tired mama needs to vent.

Found out yesterday that my baby is only two pounds few ounces. Has a rupture along with heart defect. So the Dr said she is convinced baby has down syndrome even tho blood test came back negative. She said I'll be lucky if I make it past 36 weeks. I'm just so scared for my baby :/ does he have any hope or should I prepare for the worst? I know that sounds horrible but I want to be prepared.
