Question

So this is my 3rd pregnancy, one baby is 1 and one is 3. While I did get a bump much sooner with baby 2, started growing with one after 25ish weeks and showing with 2 around 10/12. This pregnancy is a different, I’m huge, though haven’t gained any weight, In fact I’m 15 lbs lighter than when my previous pregnancy started. Here’s a comparison picture. I’m 14 weeks now in the picture on the right and 25 weeks in the picture on the left with my last pregnancy.

I’m wondering if anyone else might suspect twins? Anyone have any experience ?

My dr only does a 20 week ultra sound but I think we are going to go do a private one to see in a week or two cause holy.
