One thing after another

Well here's my extremely long story I will try to shorten.

The last 10 weeks have been what I can only call a joke.

Week before I had Our first child my husband get suspended from work- he was working for a company trying to get rid of him clash of manager skills, and the reason he got suspended was down to sexual harrasement, from a girl who has made these complaints about 2 other men in the work place but both times have never gone futher then a telling off to the person involved (I know this as I speak to people my husband works with so it not just him making stuff up) so susposedly in a group they discussed religion and sex before marriage and well it's all kicked off.

then I have our first child together which wasn't a easy birth I moved on and enjoyed being a mommy, my husband has a child from a previous marriage and after my child was born my husband and his ex got into a argument over a petty things which had my husband say he's going to court over the kid and she replied well you can't his not yours,( genetically) which also later on her other family members have confirmed the child isn't my husbands and for the past 8 years he's raised as his own. My husbands family have offered to pay for court and DNA he start persuing it and stopped (scared of the answer) 

So now during suspension of my husbands job he's quit so he didn't get fired and is now looking for a new job, 

Any advice greatly appreciated, sorry for a long rant
