Am I making bad habits by letting my baby sleep in her boppy?

During this sleep regression she will not nap on her own during the day, she has to be held. So I've started putting her in a boppy on my bed so she still feels cuddled. FYI I do not ever leave her I just get my laptop and sit next to her while she takes her catnap. But what I'm wondering is if by letting her nap like this I'm reinforce her habits and she's not going to be able to nap on her own? For the record at nighttime she's able to sleep in her crib (when she does sleep.)
