Please Help- Low HCG

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for the last five years. We have seen a few different specialist and finally stuck with one fertility specialist. We completed 10 medicated cycles, 6 IUI, all which looked great but unfortunately did not lead to success. We decided that we were done at least for now and after two months just found out I was pregnant. I went in for my blood test and my HCG is only 22. The doctor seemed a bit concerned and said it was really low. I have long cycles so my last menstrual period was August 7. Should I be concerned? Does this mean that it may not be a successful pregnancy?
