Had a chemical pregnancy. Period is late 11days. How long do i have to wait for it come? Should i take meds to induce AF?

I got my beta hcg tests back 2days ago and my hcg had gone down to 0.10... Now awaiting AF. How long do I need to wait?  Should I take meds to induce my period?  Will I ever be happy again!? 😶

I had a miscarriage at 5weeks and 5 days and my period started exactly 30 days after my miscarriage. It’s really just up to your body on when it’s time to restart again. It may feel like forever cause it sure as hell did for me
