Crazy symptoms

Hello all, so I’m a bit confused . I have been ttc for months now. This cycle I was given clomid. By using opks I confirmed ovulation on cd 14-16. I’m currently 8dpo & my symptoms are all over. I have thin,milky discharge, mild cramps, heavy boobs & a very bad taste I. My mouth that I cannot get rid of. I’m also having these vivid dreams. Could I be pregnant? Or is it the clomid I took this cycle . Please help
