So there is a lot of talk on here about using menstral cups , and a lot  of it is contradictory 😋 
So what's the scoop ?!? 
Can you have sex with them in ?
Brands ? 
The difference between soft and others ? 
Can you feel them when they are in ?

The packet says you can have sex but honestly I would be scared the blood would come through the suction. Lol. If I wanna have period sex I take everything out wash up really good and have shower sex. Also this is a weird tip but I aware it works for me! If you know you plan on having sex within the hour or two take 2 ibuprofen. Depending on your milligram. I usually want 500 milligrams. And drink water with loads of lemon. Like 4 big chunks squeezed in. It totally stops my period for about an hour and then I have sex and my period starts back up again. It took me tons of Google searching to figure this out lol. And it works for me. Have fun!

Typically you should not be having sex while using a cup, there is nothing saying that you can't (that I know of) but cups are designed to sit low in the vagina, not at the cervix. 
Some of the best brands to go by are Diva Cups and Lunette. 
And if a cup is inserted correctly you shouldn't be able to feel it. It may take a while to find the right position (it took me around two cycles) where you cannot feel it and it doesn't leak.

I believe there is multiple brands but they aren't so popular. 
You can have sex just make sure you're careful. WARNING they are not a anti contraceptive nor are they for protecting yourself against STD and HIV. 
If I understand your question about soft there are two kinds by "Diva Cup™" one for after you gave birth and one just normal. 
I've looked up techniques and tricks for it but I don't really feel it. Unless you do vaginal lifting then you might not even feel like you're on your period (besides the cramps) 
Remember it is to help the economy so you will have to empty it throughout the day depending on where you are in your cycle.
