Milk loss
So i had what i would call an already low supply. Enough for baby but not enough to even pump. I went on a trip this weekend that I committed to before pregnant and now my milk is basically gone. I am devastated. Anyone else go through this? Tips to get it back. I’m trying to pump but nothing coming out is making me so emotional that i can’t do it.
