Desperate for help #2

Baby is 2 weeks old.

We have no schedule what so ever. She cries. I nurse. That’s what i was told to do. She has battled some gas issues the last couple of days but dr said all is well. When she nurses during the day a lot of time she falls asleep... night time.. it’s hell. She had cried since 730pm and it’s 1220. She did this last night too. I latch her and she unlatches herself to turn around and fuss more. I’m at my wits end. She will not take a paci.. none. No brand whatsoever. Idk what to do. Help 😰 i can’t cry anymore my eyes hurt.
