He gets bored easily and is very active, wouldn't stand still for a second. He is pretty ok if he's entertained but normal routines such as cutting his nails, cleaning his face, ears or even dressing him start and end with him crying hysterically. This has started a month ago.

I tried distracting him, being calm, being firm, but cutting his nails is getting impossible as he moves and cries way too much. I tried doing it in his sleep but he wakes up instanly and cries, moves.

Has anyone else been through this and found a solution?
