Can anyone help me with terms like AF, BFN and others? I don't know what they mean. There is a few more.

There is a post with the abbreviations on glow support but here's a crash course:

BFP - big fat positive
Bfn - big fat negative 
SO - significant other 
AF- Aunt Flo
Dpo - days post ovulation 
DH - dear husband 
CM - cervical mucus 
Ewcm - egg white cervical mucus 
Evap - evaporation line 
TTC - trying to conceive
TWW - two week wait
