2nd round of Femara... need advice

So I’m about to start my second cycle of femara 5mg. Currently waiting for AF to arrive as I have been taking my provera to induce my cycles. Anyhow, I am still planning to test my LH, use preseed during timed BD, and take my prenatal as I did the last cycle. However I did buy a basal body thermometer from the easy at home brand on amazon and I had some questions because I’m new to tracking bbt.

How exactly will I know I ovulated with my bbt?

How will I know if I’m pregnant with tracking my bbt?

Any other advice y’all recommend for me to try this second month?
