My husband and I have been trying for a baby for a year this October. I have been off my birth control for quite some time and still cannot get a period on my own. I have been prescribed medicine to help boost my estrogen to get a period and I am one Metformin currently. Still I have had no luck. My ovulation is off. My doctor has told me to take my BBT every morning, I take Metformin every morning and evening. My husband recently went for a sperm sample and has a low sperm count. He is going to see a fertility doctor for another sample. I am just very discouraged and looking for some advices, apps, anything that may have worked for others?? We want a baby so bad!!
