Possible uti?

I am 24 weeks pregnant. About 10 days ago I started to have symptoms of a uti, but wasnt sure. Mainly i had urgency but then couldnt urinate much. No burning or other pain. I was also suffering with a sinus infection at time and had just finished a round of amoxacillian for 7 days. I called my ob and he tested my urine in the office. The dip came back as presence of blood in my urine. He indicated that was common in pregnancy but was going to send out the test to the lab. He did nothing to treat me. This was on a thursday, it wasnt until the following tuesday or wednesday he calls to tell me all ok. On the friday (day after i had it tested) i went to another dr for my sinuses and got put on a zpak cause i still had an infection. This morning, 10 days after urine test was done, i finally got the results from the lab test and it shows my urine was cloudy, leukocyte esterase was 2+, and squamous epithelial cells were 6-10. Reading online these results mean i have a uti. So now what? Would the zpak have done enough to kill it? Why does my dr say these results were normal? Should i go to urgent care today to get retested? I still dont have the full symptoms of a uti, but i feel off. I dont trust my dr anymore and think i need to be finding a new ob.
