Leading to a BFP??

I’m currently 7 dpo and since yesterday I’ve been experiencing chills and flushed cheeks as if I’m coming down with the flu but then I wake up fine!! Same happened again this evening!! 
Anyone have the same symptoms ??

Same, but unable to sleep. Tossed and turned with heartburn which I never get. Fingers crossed for you!!!!
