Am I getting ahead of myself

So my husband and I have been TTC for 3 years the last year we tried more aggressively always negative results. Last mother we got to use clomid and did my TWW took a test and negative. But I still haven’t started and I’m now a week late. My doctor wants me to test again in two weeks if I haven’t started by then and if still negative come in. Well if I’m not I get another round and it’s a little stronger. So I decided to be positive instead and I got a surprise made for when I finally get that BFP to tell my husband!! So I got him a record player for his birthday and I figured since he loves it so much I’d share with a custom vinyl. I did the front side of songs that are about a baby on the way that I found and the second side are soft sweet songs for the baby. And the cover I let the guy design he put the Elephant story on the back. I figured if I got it now when I get pregnant I have it ready. Am I crazy!?
