Right side pain

I am 22 weeks pregnant and for the past few weeks I’ve had this pulling pinching cramping pain on my right side. If I cough too much I get a really painful stitch on that side and I can’t move until the pain passes. If I move too fast or lean forward I feel like something is pulling and pinching. The sensation ranges from my hip to beside my belly button. I don’t feel this on my left side only my right. This would be my third pregnancy with the other two being csections. Could it be scar tissue or round ligament?
