Is this okay ?

We been dating for almost half a year he touches me in appropriately sometimes kisses me shows some PDA to some extent we had the what are we talk a few months ago and we are together we did a weekend trip but we haven’t had sex and every time we had a opportunity something happened and we didn’t get to it I’ve told him I want to have sex with him we talk everyday we don’t hang out really often cause we both work and study but I’m wondering if it’s a bad thing we aren’t having sex we are both 23 I don’t want to pressure him obviously but he’s more of a shower than verbal as he doesn’t really flirt or compliment too much or sext at all and each time I kinda hint something he doesn’t go along woth it ! I want him but idk if this is something I should worry about or if some guys are like that. He is more independent than I am and it’s a good thing I think! Anyone any insight? No rude comments please
