I’ve been trying to keep an eye on my blood pressure but I don’t understand it really. I’ve had problems with my eyes and headaches so worried about preeclampsia. Is 115/80 bad? Just took it and have a bad headache. 35w3d

115/80 is perfect! Anything above 140\90 is cause for concern per my doc.

Same issue but my BP has been a lot higher than yours. My doctor diagnosed me with gestational hypertension and is now concerned about the severe headache being a sign of possible preeclampsia. They’ll probably just have you monitor your BP to make sure it doesn’t go any higher

I’m having problems with my BP mine has been 137 top number or below so doctor is getting scared but 115/80 is perfect !!
