Is lobster safe?

Is lobster safe during pregnancy i looked it up and couldnt get a straight answer. But im kinda craving it. Im currently at 14 +2. Any advice would help. Thanks in advance..

As long as it’s cooked it’s safe. All shellfish is completely fine as long as it’s cooked, as well as most regular fish. The only things you need to limit are high mercury fish; certain kids of tuna, tilefish, king mackerel, orange roughy, shark, and swordfish should be limited or avoided altogether. Otherwise feel free to enjoy!
