Prior to becoming pregnant I had been living with frequent headaches (daily) and migraines (sometimes lasted days.) I sometimes had to take up to 3000mg of Ibuprofen, Tylenol, or Aspirn in one day and it didn't always help. I don't have a specific trigger for my headaches and I've been seeing an neurologist for 7 years. I was wondering if any other moms or moms to be had advice on more natural remedies. I'm not interested in taking anymore over the counter crap during my pregnancy.
