Honestly, I use mobilism all the time, it's like a forum that has an entire section for books, divided by genre and everything, and it gets uploaded daily, you can get all the new book releases from there (if you're ok with pirating of course)

1. abebooks.com sells super inexpensive used books, sometimes as low as 3 or 4 bucks if the book more than a year or 2 old
2. download the app Libby for your phone, it links to your library card and gives you free access to any ebooks and audiobooks available through your library network
