Emotions ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¢
This year has been so hard. Lost my grandpa 6 months ago, lost my baby due to an ectopic in July and lost my grandma yesterday. I would've been past my first trimester and been able to tell people. She was so excited we where having a baby till my emergency surgery. I feel like this year is just meant for sadness.
