sore thumb/wrist (mother’s thumb)
anyone else suffering from a pain in the tendon that runs from your thumb to the outer edge of your wrist?
i’ve had it since the wee man was 2-3 weeks old, at first only in one hand but since switching positions in the side-sleeper i’m getting it in the other hand too.
normally i’d take ibuprofen for pain like that but i’m breastfeeding so can’t.
