Feeling defeated today

I just had a d&c on Thursday.. This is our 2nd miscarriage in 6 months.. I don't feel like I want to do this again.. I just want to go curl up and do nothing but cry... I feel it is some how my fault... Although I know its not... Just need something to blame it on
