I have started progestogen only BC 2 days ago (was using condoms before). I'm in my fertile week, and according to the packet, it works by stopping ovulation and it says I can have sex without extra precautions after 2 days of starting the packet, but I'm not planning on anything happening till the weekend (😫). My question is, as I'm not exactly sure when I ovulated, will it still work? I'm 6 months PP and really don't want another baby yet.

I would carry on using a condom instead of anything else but my husband can't seem to finish😫. It's been months now and I feel bad that he isn't enjoying himself and a bit selfish that I only want to use condoms (hate the thought of pills and stuff altering my body/hormones/emotions). I decided to go on the pill because I had a traumatic experience after recovering from my vaginal birth and I'm scared of getting a non-hormonal coil, which is what I wanted in the first place.
