Pcos help

I have pcos and have been tryinf to get pregnant for 2 years and i was wondering what some people with the same problem were doing to get or try to get pregnant. I currrently do 2 ovulation test a day and take 3 metformin pills daily. Was wondering if there anything else we should doing or trying.
