What are your 7 month olds eating?

Just wondering what kind of foods you feed your little ones I’m trying to get some ideas of what I can try with my little dude. I have tried scrambled eggs, Avocado, banana, strawberries, rice & beans so far. If I put the food on his tray he just wants to play and won’t put any in his mouth. I try putting a few pieces of food in his mouth so he can get use to the taste and texture but he will only eat a few pieces of whatever I give him so I end up giving him baby food so he can eat something other then his bottle.

My son is eating all purées at this point. He has had apricot, banana, apple, pears, oatmeal, rice cereal, chicken, beef, turkey, prunes, green beans, sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, peas, and he has had mashed avocado

We pretty much try to give him what we are eating. Of course nothing spicy, no honey, no cows milk. He’s likes his purées but loves our food too lol

Watermelon is his favorite! I’ve been giving it to him in a mesh feeder, otherwise he bites off pieces that are too big because he gets excited.
He’s also had avocado, banana, carrots, kiwi, grapes, mango (he HATED it), tomato with the seeds removed (probably his second favorite), and cucumber. Possibly more. Some of this stuff was blended, some in a mesh feeder.
We’ve got plans to soon give him yogurt, potatoes, peas, pears, and probably chicken! His main goal though is to get a bite of the English muffin I make myself every morning. Fat chance, bubba 🤣

She’s still doing purées, but we are starting to make them chunkier.  We’ve done barley, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, avocado, carrots, spinach, plums, peaches, peas, and I forget what else.

We started with purées and then slowly added in foods on her tray. At first she really just spread it around or grabbed it but dropped it on the floor but now she gets most of the food in her mouth. We let her play with the spoon sometimes and she is starting to understand how to put that in her mouth...of course very sloppy but still. 
She’s tried a lot of fruits, veggies, pancakes with syrup, peanut butter, yogurt, eggs, cheese and meats. Pretty much anything we eat she tries (within reason...I’m not giving her honey, cows milk or spicy/greasy foods). Now it’s to the point if she’s sitting near us while we’re eating she has a fit until we let her try it. 
The only thing she hasn’t liked is scrambled eggs...we tried them plain at first and it was a no-go. Second time we tried mixing in some cheese and that still was a no-go. She eats it but most of it ends up on the floor and she looks at us with disgust like how dare we feed her this bland food lol.

We do purées. But with a lot of texture or just mashed up things with a fork or things u can squish in your fingers. He’s tried...
Avacado, egg. banana, chicken, beef, salmon, plums, pears, apple sauce, peaches, oat baby cereal ( peanut butter ) peas, carrot, Swiss chard. Green bean, and lentils 😀 broccoli and yams, butter in veggies. I find egg hard. He hates the texture and even tho he eats it well sometimes hell cough gag. And puke up his food he hates it so much lol. 
I’d like to try ( ideas for u too):
Greek yogurt ( no sugar added) full fat 
Kidney beans, mashed sweet potato, steak 😳 lol! And pork, also more veg! Cucumber and squash
