Very confused. Help you be great :)

I’m supposed to start my period anytime between this week and next week and I have yet to start. But this darkish sometimes light brown stuff, what looks like to be discharge maybe. I’m really confused and idk what it is. I’ve never had sex before and i’ve only had my period for 4 years. I’m confused as to what it and why it’s discolored. Is it my period or something else or nothing I should be worried about?
