So I joined my high schools GSA club today, and now I'm out as gay to 3 of my friends, and about 7 other individuals (it's a small school lol)

So we basically went around the table and answered what our names are and what we identify as.

And I didn't know what to say at first but I just admitted it, like, "um this is weird bc I have a bf, but I guess I'd say I'm a lesbian."

And one of my friends who was sitting next to me said, "well that's ironic." And we laughed over it

And then another close friend says, "well that's perfectly okay and we all love and accept you."

I'm glad I joined. I was nervous but I kinda felt at home you know?
