Help. I'm tired of taking provera when I miss a period. I'm on cycle day 61 and wish I can start my period on my own. Any tips?! does parsley or ginger tea work?! I know I'm not pregnant btw

I’ve heard taking larger diesel of vitamin c helps induce period. I’ve tried it before as I have lean PCOS and it worked for me 🤷🏽‍♀️
