I've been taking First Response Reproduction Health gummies & while they're yummy, I'm almost done with the bottle & I can't help but feel I'm not getting much from them. What do you all take/prefer? Bonus points if it makes your hair/nails nice because that's the only perk I've been getting from these lol.
