Is it okay to donate plasma then get tattoo in the same day?

I usually donate plasma on Fridays but tomorrow they are doing $20 tattoos for Friday the 13th (at a local tattoo shop) and I’m really wanting one!

Plasma first THEN tattoo. You cannot donate for a while after getting a tattoo

If you do in that order then I think it's okay. I'm not sure how things are done there but where I live after taking a tattoo I must wait 4 months before I can donate again.
