Help spotting and boobs hurt

So I started taking tri cyclen about two weeks ago and I’ve noticed brown spotting in my underwear for the past 3 days or so, my boobs really hurt when I lie on them, my lymph nodes under my armpits are swollen (this usually happens before my period but I have 9 pills left) and I will occasionally have slight cramping... I’m worried I’m pregnant or something someone’s please put me at ease is this normal ?
