Confused

I am 10 dpo and had a vvvvf positive yesterday and today I got a bfn but I feel pregnant. I have felt bloated the last week. Nauseous, headaches off and on. Dizziness, and my breast feel fuller. But then I think it would be too early for any symptoms. Not sure what to do. :-\
